D. Scott Wagner, 52, of Conesville, passed away Friday morning, May 27, 2022 at his home.

Born February 14, 1970 in Portsmouth, OH the son of Dean and Karen (Scott) Wagner of Zanesville and a 1988 graduate of John Glenn High School. He was employed at the Dresden & Co and previously worked as a weaver for The Longaberger Company. Scott loved his family, the outdoors, guns, crafting bows and could always be found doing projects around the house. Scott was a good son, husband, father and papaw. He was a hardworking honest man.

Surviving is his loving wife, Dara (Sensabaugh) Wagner, whom he married, November 23, 2005; daughter, Kala (Chris Haro) Frame; a son, Michael (Stacie Melick) Frame; three grandchildren, Jala Wilson, Kaleb Wilson and Aubrey Haro; several uncles, aunts and cousins.

Friends and family may call from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home 714 Main Street. Celebration of life service will be held at 7:00pm with Dr. James Miller officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice in memory of D. Scott Wagner.
