A memorial service for Craig Paeltz, 46 of Hebron will be 1:00 p.m. Friday in the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with Pastor James Webb officiating. Craig died tragically Sunday morning, August 3, 2008 as the result of a motorcycle accident. He was born January 17, 1962 in Columbus. Craig worked as an I.T. Manager for HER Realty. He will be sadly missed. He is survived by his father, James R. Paeltz of Baltimore; mother, Yetta L. (Janes) Paeltz of Glenford; his children, Derek and Tasha Paeltz, of the home; sisters, Leanne Paeltz of Chillocothe, Gretchen (Ben) Hendrix of Townsville, SC; brothers, Kurt Paeltz of Hebron, Michael Paeltz of Baltimore; nieces and nephews, Joshua, Amanda, and Kayla Paeltz. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the Craig Paeltz Memorial Fund, to benefit his children. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
