DRESDEN ? Clyde ?Junior? Hardy, 78, of Trinway, Ohio died Sunday morning, May 10, 2009 at his home. Born November 8, 1930 in Muskingum County near New Concord, Ohio, he was the son of the late Clyde and Maggie (Fulkner) Hardy. Mr. Hardy was a welder with Rockwell International of Heath, Ohio where in retired in 1983. He was a member of United Auto Workers Union Local 1037 of Newark and was an avid CB?er with the handle of ?Buffalo?. He also enjoyed playing shuffleboard. Mr. Hardy will be greatly missed by his many friends and neighbors and also his family which includes his wife, Margaret L. (Randles) Hardy whom he married June 30, 1951, a daughter and son in-law, Jacqueline S. and Gary Ulerick of Mesa, Arizona; a son and daughter in-law, Christopher R. and Janet Hardy of Nashport, Ohio; three grandchildren, Michelle Ulerick, Erin (Shane) Cox and Jacala Hardy; two great grandchildren, Cole and Coen Cox; two sisters, Sue (Bill) Ault of Chandlersville, Ohio and Eileen (Carl) Mathers of Indian Camp, Ohio; three brothers Bill (Shirley) Hardy, Gerald (Gerry) Hardy and Russell (Betty) Hardy, all of New Concord, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be 5 to 8pm Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street. Funeral services will be 11:00am Thursday, May 14, 2009 at the funeral home with the Rev. Jeff Belt officiating. Burial will be in Dresden Cemetery.
