FRAZEYSBURG ? Funeral services for Cleda Lake, 74, of Toboso, Ohio will be at 10:30am Thursday, June 30, 2005 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with Ministers Jody Holland and Charles Horsley officiating. Burial will be in Old Stone Church Cemetery. Mrs. Lake died Sunday afternoon, June 26, 2005 at the LPN Health Care Facility in Newark, Ohio. Born July 30, 1930 in Frazeysburg, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Hubert and Mae (Nethers) Cunningham. Mrs. Lake was a retired employee of Licking Valley Schools where she was a cook at Toboso Elementary School. She was a member of Old Stone Church of Christ and a volunteer at Zerger Hall in Newark. She also was a cook at Church Camp for many years and volunteered at many community activities. Surviving is her husband, Ralph E. Lake, whom she married October 25, 1947; two daughters, Joyce (Charles) Brill of Zanesville, Ohio and Donna (Larry) Thompson of Newark; a son, Daniel Lake; a brother Robert (Eleanor) Cunningham of Newark; six grandchildren, Jon (Stacy) Richardson of Frazeysburg, Jason (Erica) Richardson of Dresden, Ohio, Todd McCorkle of Granville, Ohio, Tina (Kyle) Williamson and Tera (Jim) Sentivany, both of Heath, Ohio and Ashleah Lake of Pennsylvania; and seven great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Doris Cunningham. Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Wednesday, June 29, 2005 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street, Frazeysburg.
