Clara M. Morin, 74, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Tuesday afternoon, June 5, 2012 in the emergency room of Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville.
Born May 9, 1938 in Licking Township of Muskingum County she was a daughter of the late Thomas C. and Rhoda E. (Lackey) Fleming. Clara was a member of the Frazeysburg United Methodist Church and the Ya Ya Sisterhood Card Club of Frazeysburg. She enjoyed playing BINGO, computer games and Ohio State Football. She was a dietician's assistant at Bethesda Hospital and later a press operator at the Ohio Plastics Company of Frazeysburg where she retired in 2004.
Surviving are two sons and daughters in-law, Kevin and Venetia Morin and Kelly and Kim Morin, all of Frazeysburg; three grandchildren, Tee Sforza, Taylor (Adam) Foshee and Kodi Morin; three brothers, Dwight (Betty) Fleming of Midland, Texas, Jim (Beverly) Fleming of Marne, Ohio and Don (Pat) Fleming of Zanesville; one sister, Norma Fleming of Frazeysburg and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by six brothers, Charles, William, Carl, Asa, Walter and Tom Fleming, Jr. and one sister, Rhoda Reed.
Calling hours will be 5 to 8pm Thursday, June 7, 2012 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 10:30am Friday, June 8, 2012 at the funeral home with the Rev. Robert Mesnard officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
