Christy I. Hahn, 62, of Dresden, Ohio went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday evening, July 2, 2018 at her home. Her loving family was at her side.

Born September 26, 1955 in Zanesville, Ohio she was a daughter of the late Everett and Annabelle (Pence) Lacy and was a 1974 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. She was a former employee of the Longaberger Company where she worked in retail sales.  Previously she was employed by Edmont-Wilson of Coshocton.  Christy was an active member of the Dresden First Baptist Church and was a Sunday school teacher for many years.  She was also active in the Ladies Fellowship organization of the church and assisted in the kitchen.

Surviving is her loving husband of nearly 44 years, Jerry L. Hahn whom she married October 12, 1974; a daughter, Jody (James) Fleming of Dresden; two sons, Brian (Stephanie House) Hahn of Hanover, Ohio and Jamie (Renee) Hahn of Dresden; eight grandchildren, Kelsey, Shawn, Cody, Josi, Jaden, Keaton, Kameron and Emersyn and two step grandchildren, Kirsten and Shaun. Also surviving is her brother in-law, Dean Brauning; a niece, Holly (Scott) Wolford and a nephew, Chad Brauning.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, David Michael Lacy; a sister, Pam Brauning and a daughter in-law, Jana Hahn.

Calling hours will be 5pm to 8pm Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 714 Main Street.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday, July 6, 2018 at the Dresden First Baptist Church, 801 Chestnut Street with Pastor Joseph Offenberger officiating. Burial will be in Dresden Cemetery.
