A funeral service for Christina Lee (Null) Martin, 96 of Newark will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at Vensil & Chute Funeral Home | Newark.  Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Granville.

Mrs. Martin passed away Thursday evening, October 16, 2025 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. She was born May 5, 1929 in Ironton, OH to the late Samuel and Charlotte (Stephenson) Null.  A 1947 graduate of Granville High School, Mrs. Martin worked as a hotel manager, retiring from the Holiday Inn, Heath.  For many years she was a member of Heath Church of Christ.  In recent years she attended Second Church of Christ, Newark.

Survivors include her children, Cheri (Lee) Miller, Michael (Paula) Martin and Darrin Todd (Trudy) Martin; a daughter in-law, Sharon Martin;  12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband of 65 years, A. Guy Martin, whom she married June 8, 1947 and who died February 8, 2012; and a son, Scott Martin.
