A funeral service for Chloea L. Myers, 80 of Newark will be held Monday January 22, 2007 in the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home at 1:00 p.m. with the Rev. Robert L. Knox officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Alexandria, Ohio. Mrs. Myers died Thursday January 18, 2007 at the Newark Health Care Centre. She was born March 10, 1926 in Fairfield County to the late Malcolm Hills and Bertha (Ford) Hills-Blane. Mrs. Myers, a homemaker, enjoyed sewing, knitting and crocheting. Survivors include her son, Harold Myers of Newark; grandchildren, William (Stephanie) Holland of Newark, Dixie (John) Baisden of Johnstown, Charlene Myers of Johnstown, Kalee Myers of Newark, Angela Myers of Newark; great-grandchildren, Tyler Holland, Destinie Holland and Audrey Baisden. Her husband Zimri Myers preceded Mrs. Myers in death in 1975. Calling hours will be observed Monday 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home 1850 West Main Street, Newark, Ohio.
