Cheryl Lynn Jensen, 66, formerly of Frazeysburg, Ohio died unexpectedly Wednesday morning, January 20, 2021.

Born August 14, 1954 in Portsmouth, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Robert Fout and Betty (Travis) Fout of Frazeysburg.  Cheryl was a 1972 graduate of Tri-Valley High School and past member of the Frazeysburg United Methodist Church.  For many years she was a hair stylist and florist in the area.  She also worked at the Longaberger Company.  Cheryl was very creative and was active in gardening, decorating and floral arranging.  Above all she was a loving Mom and Nana.

Surviving are three daughters Mandy (Eric) Bonifield, Tiffany (Scott) Von Almen and Dawn (Brian) Haren; five grandchildren, Jensen, Matthew, Levi, Emma and Corbin; two brothers, Ron (Sherrie) Fout and Brian (Susan) Fout and one sister, Bobbi (Frank) Bateman.  Also surviving is her special four-legged friend, "Miley."

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Fout and her former husband, Dean Jensen.

Calling hours will be 2pm to 4pm Sunday, January 24, 2021 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.  Masks are required to be worn.

Funeral services will be 10:30am Monday, January 25, 2021 at the funeral home with Rev. Jeff Belt officiating.  Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
