Charlotte A. Pace, 75, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died Friday morning, June 15, 2012 in the emergency room of Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital, Zanesville, Ohio.
Born June 22, 1936 in Frazeysburg, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Louva (Hardesty) Somers and was a 1954 graduate of Frazeysburg High School. Mrs. Pace was a retired printer with the R. R. Donnelley Company of Hebron, Ohio and she was currently working as a relief postmaster at the Trinway Post Office. She was member of Cornerstone Full Gospel Church of Duncan Falls, Ohio and was actively involved with Christ's Table of Zanesville. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, crocheting and getting together with her old associates from work.
Surviving are two daughters, Lu Ann Untied and Kimberly Pace, both of Frazeysburg; one son Mark (Deborah) Van Allen of Lawtey, Florida; three brothers, Joseph "Bill" Somers of Nashport, Ohio, James (Robin) Somers of Newark, Ohio and Mike (Vickie) Somers of Zanesville; one sister, Sue Morris of California; nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Danny Somers.
A private memorial service for family and close friends will be held at 5:00pm Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at the home of Lu Ann Untied with Rev. Steven Harper officiating.
