FRAZEYSBURG ? Funeral services for Charlotte Ann Caldwell, 31, of Frazeysburg, Ohio will be at 11:00am Friday, September 26, 2008 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Shook Family Cemetery near Frazeysburg. Mrs. Caldwell died Sunday morning, September 21, 2008 in the emergency room of Genesis Bethesda Hospital, Zanesville, Ohio. Born July 11, 1977 in San Antonio, Texas, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Fumiko (Mori) Lantz. She was a nursing student at COTC in Newark. Charlotte?s dream was to be a nurse and she had one more year of studies at COTC. She was a member of the Student Nursing Association and each year, on December 23, she cooked dinner of the residents at Children?s Hospital Ronald McDonald House to honor the life of her infant son, Joseph William Caldwell, who died December 25, 2005. Surviving is her loving husband Eric M. Caldwell, whom she married August 12, 2000; a sister, Pamela (Andy) Nelson and a brother Michael Lantz, both of California; grandmother Mori; mother in-law, Jeanette Caldwell; sisters in-law, Misty (Kevin) Krinn, Valerie Caldwell and Jodi Vorys; aunts Akemi and Joy Seibel; nieces and nephews Kasandra and Dakota and cousin Hank. In addition to her parents and infant son, she was preceded death by an unborn baby; grandparents in-law Donald and Virginia Shook and uncles, Daniel and Michael Shook.
