Charles F. Peach, 70, of Newcomerstown, Ohio died Friday evening, May 6, 2016 at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio.
Born March 7, 1946 in Glouster, Ohio he was a son of the late Kenneth and Edith (Dillon) Miller and was a 1964 graduate of Frazeysburg High School. He was a truck driver for over 40 years, driving for multiple companies in that span of time. Most recently he drove for Hanby Farms of Nashport, where he retired in 2013. Charles was a very avid sports fan. Rarely did he miss a Cleveland Indians game on TV and was always frustrated by the Cleveland Browns. He loved all Ohio State Buckeye teams, but his favorite athlete was his granddaughter, Karlee.
Surviving are two sons, Charles R. (Leslie) Peach of Port Washington, Ohio and John M. (Rebecca) Peach of Newcomerstown, Ohio; four grandchildren, Karlee Peach, Tana Gibbs, Tory Gibbs and Jacob Peach; three brothers, Richard (Teresa Thornhill) Peach of Nashport, Kenneth J. (Diane) Miller of Nashport and Wayne Miller of Zanesville, Ohio; one sister, Marcia Allen of Mt. Laurel, New Jersey and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Marion who died October 12, 1992.
Calling hours will be 6pm to 8pm Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Irville Cemetery in Nashport.
