FRAZEYSBURG ? Carrie M. Carter, 80, of Frazeysburg, Ohio, formerly Heath, Ohio, died at 2:19pm Sunday, May 22, 2005 in the emergency room of Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital, Zanesville, Ohio. Born December 6, 1924 in St. Clairsville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late John P. and Emma Williams and she was a homemaker. Surviving is two sons, Charles A. (Ginny) Carter, Jr. of Frazeysburg and Curtis E. (Jessica) Carter of Columbus, Ohio; one sister, Ada Lee Clark of Lamira, Ohio; two grandchildren, Megan (Lowell) Sammons of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii and Brandon Carter of Frazeysburg; one great grandson, Heath Sammons; a daughter in-law, Linda Carter of Florida; and ?favorite companion?, her dog, ?Bear?. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. ?Bud? Carter, Sr., whom she married December 14, 1950 and who died March 27, 2004; a daughter, Bonnie Sue Carter; four sisters, Mary (Betty) Lewis, Helen Williams, Wilma Ruth Williams and Marie Williams and three brothers, Johnny, Allen and Cowan Williams. Calling hours will be 6 to 8pm Tuesday, May 24, 2005 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street, Frazeysburg. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Wednesday, May 25, 2005 at the funeral home with the Rev. Jeff Belt officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
