FRAZEYSBURG ? Carol Lynn Ewan, 54, formerly of Frazeysburg and Zanesville, died Saturday evening, December 27, 2008 at Genesis Health Care & Rehabilitation Center of McConnellsville. Born August 3, 1954 in Zanesville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Clarence E. Ewan and Virginia E. (Crouch) Ewan of Zanesville. Carol attended Starlight School and worked at the Starlight workshop. For many years she lived at Muskingum Residentials of Zanesville. Surviving in addition to her mother is an aunt, Jean McDonald of Heath, Ohio and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Martha K. Lacy and Janet R. Beroset. Calling hours will be from Noon to 2pm Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street, Frazeysburg. Funeral services will be 2:00pm Wednesday at the funeral home with Minister Sam Dunn officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
