Funeral services for Brandon Sesher, 38 of Heath will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 2, 2023 at the Church of God at God's Acres, 675 Cedar Street, Newark with Pastor Roger Decker officiating. Burial will follow in Barnes Cemetery.

Brandon passed away peacefully on Friday November 24, 2023 at the Selma Markowitz Care Center, surrounded by his family, following a short illness. He was born April 23, 1985 in Newark to Irwin and Kimberly (Miller) Sesher of Heath.

He was employed by Tamarack Dairy and prior to that he had been employed by Heritage Sportswear. He was a lifetime member of the church and currently was a member of the choir. He always enjoyed music and singing.  It was often remarked of his pleasant nature, kind words, welcoming smile and friend to all acquaintances. He was an avid sports fan and especially proud of all the Ohio teams. He was faithful to his church, his friends and especially his family.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Jaylene (Carr) Sesher; daughters, Jessaleigh Sesher, Jennalynn Sesher; siblings, Jeanette (Nick) Conger of Newark, Jill (Reggie) Stegmeier of Oregon, Bryce Sesher of Heath; maternal grandmother, Nancy Miller of Newark; father and mother-in-law, James & Darlene Carr of Newark; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A visitation will be observed from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, December 1, 2023 at the Church of God at God's Acres, 675 Cedar Street, Newark, OH.

The family would like for everyone to record how Brandon influenced their life. Cards will be available at the church or register as a condolence on the website.
