Beverly J. Walcott, 67, of Frazeysburg, Ohio passed away Thursday evening, April 7, 2022 at her home. Her loving children were at her side.
Born February 11, 1955 in Zanesville, Ohio she was a daughter of the late Harold "Tubby" and Pauline (Wolford) Hindel. Beverly was retired from the Frazeysburg Duke & Duchess store where she was a salesclerk. Her greatest enjoyment in life was her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and her great grandchildren.
Surviving are three daughters, Rosalyn (Tony) Newlun of Newark, Ohio, Roberta (Daniel) Bonar of Coshocton, Ohio and Roxanne (Michael) Wilson of Dresden; two sons, Roy (Julie) Walcott, II and Ryan (Kristin) Walcott, both of Zanesville; twenty grandchildren and six great grandchildren, with one on the way. Also surviving is her step-mother, Jane Hindel of Dresden; a daughter in-law, Jessica Walcott of Frazeysburg and many close life-long friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 35 years, Roy E. Walcott, whom she married September 23, 1971 and who died August 21, 2006; a son, Roderick E. "Rick" Walcott who died January 7, 2019 and a grandson, Quinten Moore.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at the funeral home with Minister Sam Dunn officiating. Beverly will be laid to rest beside her husband, Roy, in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
