Obituary
Betty Mae Roberts, 90, of Dresden, Ohio died Saturday morning, November 26, 2016 at Genesis Morrison House in Zanesville, Ohio.
Born December 20, 1925 in Dresden she was a daughter of the late Charles Richard "Dick" and Mina Mae (Gilmore) Lacy. Mrs. Roberts was a member of the Order of Eastern Star. She was a homemaker and loved cooking, baking and taking care of her family.
Surviving is one son, Randy (Brooke) Roberts of Dresden; a grandson, Kevin Roberts of Dresden; a brother Kenneth "Bud" (June) Lacy of Dresden and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband 66 years, Junior W. Roberts whom she married January 8, 1944 and who died March 2, 2010; seven sisters and four brothers.
Calling hours will be 6pm to 8pm Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at the Dresden Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home 714 Main Street.
A private graveside committal services will be Wednesday at Dresden Cemetery.
