Betty Lou Fout

Betty Lou Fout, 93, of Frazeysburg, Ohio died peacefully late Tuesday night, October 13, 2026, at her home.

Born July 6, 1933, in Beaver, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Sarah (Chandler) Travis and a graduate of Beaver Eastern High School. Betty was a methodist by faith and she enjoyed crafting, and cooking. Betty adored and loved caring for her family. She had a green thumb when it came to gardening, she enjoyed growing flowers and food.

Surviving is her three children, Ronald “Ron” (Sherry) Fout of Frazeysburg, Brian (Susan) Fout of Frazeysburg, and Bobbi (Frank) Bateman of Freeport, Ohio; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Fout; two children, Michael Fout and Cheryl Jackson; a granddaughter, Ticka McNemar; and two brothers, William and Raymond Travis.

Family and friends may visit 1:00-3:00pm, Monday, October 19, 2026, at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil | Wagner | Marshall Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at the funeral home with Reverend Carl Schaefer.

Betty will be laid to rest next to her husband, Robert, at Frazeysburg Cemetery.
