Barbara Ann Wolford, 80, of Nashport, Ohio passed away Monday morning, June 18, 2018 in the emergency room of Genesis Hospital in Zanesville Ohio.

Born September 6, 1937 in Zanesville she was the eldest of three daughters born to the late William Taft and Christine (Easley) Robison. She attended Jefferson High School and was a member of the class of 1955 and was a member of the Eastern Star.

Barbara was initially a homemaker and a mother, staying home to raise her children. Later she entered the workforce.  Barb enjoyed flower gardening, country music, socializing, laughing, and displaying her beloved collection of elephant figurines in her home.  She made a point to send personalized cards for every occasion.  Barb always found time to visit friends and family in the hospital or nursing home, bringing her bright and loving personality, well-wishes, and a gift to make their stay more cheerful.  Barbara was a gift to all and her presence in our lives will be missed by all who knew her.

Surviving are three daughters, Debbie (Steve) Varty of Hope, North Dakota, Tracy Hickman of Coshocton and Terri (Bob Shepherd) Wolford of Dresden; one son, Doug (Kim) Wolford of Bonita Springs, Florida; ten grandchildren Adam, Hayley, Emily, Logan, Seth, Colton, Chandler, Tristen, Trever and Tayler, three great grandchildren; Payntyn, Klara, Knox and baby boy Landstrom due in November; two sisters; Pat Felumlee and Becky Sterling Reed, both of Zanesville, and her life-long friend and companion, Joe Sentivany of Zanesville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Sara Christine West.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm Thursday, June 21, 2018 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Friday, June 22, 2018 at the funeral home with Rev. Robert Mesnard officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
