Annetta A. Stacy, 69 of New Lexington died Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Select Specialty Hospital - Southeastern Ohio in Newark.  She was born November 10, 1950 in Conneaut, Ohio to the late Ralph and Evelyn Larzo.

Survivors include her son, James Stacy of Wellford, SC.

There will be no public service.
