A funeral service for Anna M. Estep, 78 of Warsaw will be held Wednesday August 27, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Newark Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home with her son Pastor Will Estep officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery. Mrs. Estep died Monday August 25, 2008 at her residence. She was born May 9, 1929 in Trace Creek, West Virginia to the late Wayne and Nettie Ellis. She was a member of the Faithful Christian Ministries. She enjoyed Bluegrass gospel music and singing in church. She loved children and cooking. She had the honor of cooking for several country musicians. She had a great zeal for life and received great pleasure from making people laugh. She is survived by her son, Pastor Will (Ginny) Estep of Warsaw; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Wilburn ?Bill? Estep who died Nov. 19, 2003; 3 sons, Wendell, Larry W., Billy J.; 6 brothers and sisters; 2 grandchildren. Calling hours will be observed Wednesday 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home 1850 West Main Street, Newark. The family requests memorials to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
