Angela S. Rognon-Wise-Mowrer, 45, of Dresden, Ohio died Sunday morning, April 17, 2022 at Genesis Emergency Department in Zanesville, Ohio.

Born July 17, 1976 in Zanesville, she was a daughter of the late Terry Rognon and Martha S. (Wisecarver) (Jimmy) Ashcraft of Frazeysburg.  She attended Tri-Valley High School and she received her Associate's Degree from Zane State University.  She was formerly an LPN and was currently a homemaker.  Angela enjoyed crafting, travelling and being with her family.

Surviving in addition to her mother is her husband, Daryl Eugene Mowrer whom she married May 2, 2017; two daughters, Lakein Wise and Adalyn Rognon, both of Dresden; one son, Donaven Wise of Dresden;  one grandson, Hendrix Wise; three brothers, Terry (Heather) Rognon of Zanesville, Jarrod (Whitney) Rognon of Newark and Charles Ashcraft of Frazeysburg and one sister, Cortney (Lee) Zimmerman of Heath, Ohio.  Also surviving is her mother in-law, Delma Mowrer of West Salem, Ohio; a step-daughter, Amanda Campbell and a step grandson, Mason Rendon, both of California; a very beloved and special friend, Sheila Murray of Frazeysburg; several other special friends and several nieces and nephews.
