Andrew Jerome (A.J.) Tarquino, Jr., 18 of Michigan City, Indiana, formerly of Nashport, Ohio, passed away Sunday morning, August 10, 2014 in New Carlisle, Indiana.
Born August 24, 1995 in Zanesville, Ohio he was the son of Andrew Jereome Tarquino of Nashport and Malinda Tarquino of Michigan City.
A.J. had attended Tri-Valley Schools from Kindergarten thru the 8th grade. He attended Licking Valley High School his freshman year and then moved to Indiana to live with his mother. He graduated from Michigan City High School on June 8, 2014. A.J. was currently taking classes to attend the police academy to pursue his career in law enforcement. He was a very kind hearted person who would help anyone that was in need. He loved snow skiing in the winter and enjoyed collecting any kind of Batman paraphernalia.
Surviving in addition to his parents is his brother, Austin Tarquino of Nashport; a half-sister, Cortnie (Jason) Heckaman of Warsaw, Indiana; half-brother, Norbert Jones of South Bend, Indiana; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services were held Friday, August 15, 2014 in Michigan City, Indiana. Burial followed in Greenwood Cemetery, Michigan City, Indiana.
