DRESDEN ? Alta A. Brown, 71, of 5160 Dresden-Adamsville Road, Adamsville, Ohio, went home to her Lord and Savior at 3:27pm Friday, November 8, 2002 at her residence. Born October 13, 1931 in Morgan County, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Izetta (Roush) Kelly. Mrs. Brown retired with 25 years of services at United Technologies of Zanesville and she was a member of the Fairview Community Church of Adamsville. Surviving are two daughters, Sandy Clark and Judy Triplett, both of Adamsville, one son, Robin R. (Delcie) Brown of Adamsville; five sisters, Myrtle (Victor) Stover of Athens, Ohio, Isabelle (Herb) Fleming of Tennessee, Mary Ewing of Salina, Ohio, Bernice Elkins of Glouster, Ohio, and Juanita (Pat) Hamer of Bloomville, Ohio; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Brown, who died August 12, 1991; and two brothers. There will be no services or calling hours.
