Obituary

FRAZEYSBURG â?? Alice M. Taylor, 97, of Nashport, Ohio died Thursday evening, April 29, 2010 at Willow Haven Nursing Home in Zanesville, Ohio.
Born October 4, 1912 in Frazeysburg, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Goldie Wolford. Mrs. Taylor was a homemaker and a member of the Nashport-Irville United Methodist Church.
Surviving are several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. She was a special â??Memeâ? to Stacey (Troy) Butler of Granville, Ohio and Bradley (Kim) Houston of Germany.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Taylor, whom she married October 16, 1933 and who died February 4, 1994; a six month old son, James Allen Taylor; two brothers, Charles Wolford and Myrle Lindell; and four sisters, Mary Whyde, Louise Shepard, Eula Norman and Eileen Newell.
Calling hours will be 2 to 5pm Sunday, May 2, 2010 at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil-Orr & Chute Funeral Home, 110 West Third Street.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday, May 3, 2010 at the funeral home with the Rev. Clarence Dinnen officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
