A memorial service for Alan R. Nutter, 59 of Newark will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday October 25, 2007 at the Newark Church of Christ, 179 O?Bannon Avenue, Newark with Don Allen officiating. Mr. Nutter died Sunday October 21, 2007 at this home. He was born September 5, 1948 in New Lexington to the late Clyde E. and Mary E. (Nutter) Clay. Mr. Nutter was a member of Newark Eagles # 387. He enjoyed deer hunting and traveling. He is survived by, the love of his life, Betty Wince, his companion for six years; sons Jim (Alison) Nutter, Ronald (Marti) Nutter all of Newark; brothers, Steve (Tracy) Clay of Hebron, David Nutter, Kenny (Cheryl) Nutter all of Newark; grandchildren, Amanda Nutter, Josh Nutter, Justin Nutter, Zack Nutter and Kari Carson; great-granddaughter, Adalea Allen; friend, Butch Gleckler; many nieces and nephews; dogs, Misty and B.J. The family requests memorial contributions to American Cancer Society for Cancer Research.
