Adam Michael Shinn, 26, of Adamsville, Ohio died Monday afternoon December 1, 2014 as the result of a deer hunting accident.
Born December 29, 1987 in Zanesville, Ohio he was a son of David and Deborah (Thomas) Shinn of Adamsville and was a 2007 graduate of Tri-Valley High School. He was an employee of Steve Ross Excavating. Adam was a member of the Old Steam and Gas Club and an auxiliary member of the Adamsville Volunteer Fire Department. He assisted his parents in their leather business and he enjoyed farming and rough trucking.
Surviving in addition to his parents is a daughter, Anissa Shinn; his fiancée, Amanda Suttles; a step-son, Hayden Wolfe; a brother, John Shinn and many, many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Grace Thomas.
Calling hours will be 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at the New Hope Lutheran Church 7025 Adamsville-Otsego Road, Adamsville.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at the New Hope Lutheran Church with Pastor Mary Molnar officiating. Burial will be in Heaven's Gate Cemetery, Adamsville.
